Shipping

Shipping costs vary by location. Use the shipping calculator at checkout. 

We ship worldwide from Denmark via DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. These are the estimated delivery times:

• Denmark: 1–2 business days (GLS) / 1–3 business days (DHL Express)

• EU: 1–3 business days (DHL Express)

• Rest of the world: 2–8 business days (DHL Express)


Customs duties

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties for shipments outside Denmark.

Force majeure & liability

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, contact the shipping provider promptly. Delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or technical failures.

Returns & refunds

You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, email customercare@louise-javier.net with your order number and items to be returned. You have 14 days to return the items. 

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping, except for faulty or incorrect items, in which case we cover return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and let you know by email if it has been accepted. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Orders can be collected from our Copenhagen studio Tuesday–Thursday, 10:00–16:00. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation.
