These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on www.louise-javier.net. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. 
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc.

Placing an order

Our shop is open 24/7, occasional maintenance may cause downtime. Orders placed on weekends or Danish public holidays are processed the next business day.
Orders must include a valid residential or business address within our delivery areas. We do not ship to PO boxes, and delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed.

A binding purchase agreement is created once you complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email — please keep this for your records.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency for your selected country. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes when shipping outside Denmark.

Payment is charged when the order is ready to leave our studio. Some banks may temporarily reserve the amount.
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, and Maestro.
